The historic Red Bar has been reimagined as Enchanté, a brand-new French-inspired Bistro in Southampton, set to open in Spring 2023. Translating from the French language meaning “nice to meet you” – the glass-enclosed restaurant will offer classic French fare, a chic brasserie-like bar, and an intimate private dining room for bespoke and curated events.
